Safety: the first and foremost target inspiring every single product by the Nolan Group. This concept is placed before all other considerations, be they aesthetic, technical and economic. An internal laboratory, recognised and certified by the Italian Ministry of Transport, ensures that regulatory compliance testing is carried out.

The helmets are then sent to external laboratories for approval. Finally, line production can start. In addition, the internal laboratory oversees and guarantees all checks on materials, products and production processes, using destructive tests on random samples to ensure constant quality. Thanks to the attention and care to production, the Nolan plants have been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification, the Quality Management System for companies: this entails constant improvement of the different production stages, from product design to its development, production and sale.

The X-lite® plants have been awarded the prestigious UNI EN ISO 14001 certification, the quality standard that sets out improvement targets, in compliance with current legislations and by adopting specific environmental policies. A conscious commitment by the Company and its employees to ensure that our products and production processes do not compromise the health of our workers.
